Shoulder length hair must be tied up or in a swim cap.
Please remove Band-Aids prior to entering pool. Persons having bandages, open sores, cuts, etc., are advised not to use the pool
No street shoes are permitted on deck.
Proper swim attire must be worn in the pool (no clothing, cutoffs, shorts, or cloth diapers). Everyone on deck must be dressed to swim, whether you get in the water or not.
No food or drinks are allowed in the pool area.
No running, rough play, or boisterous behavior is allowed in the pool area.
No diving allowed in the teaching pool or the shallow end of the lap pool.
Hard plastic balls or toys are not permitted in the pool.
Only Du Page Swimming Center employees may teach swim lessons in our pools.
Membership does not include the right to teach swim lessons in our pools. Any non-employee who is suspected of teaching lessons in our pools will have their membership terminated, with the exception of parents teaching their own children to swim. The lifeguard has ultimate discretion to determine what constitutes a swim lesson.
The lifeguards have the authority to enforce any rule not written above to maintain a safe environment for all members and staff. Follow their instructions at all times.
Guest Policies
Guests are welcome for all Open Swim and Lap Swim times based on availability.
A $10 daily fee applies to all guests over 1 year of age.
Open Swim
Lifeguard on duty.
Parents must remain on-premises while children are swimming.
An adult must accompany children that cannot swim safely or move independently in the water.
Water wings, rafts, and floats are prohibited. Only Coast Guard-approved personal flotation devices may be used while swimming.
Lap Swim
Lifeguard on duty.
Payment must be made at the time of booking. The first month will be pro-rated based on the number of days remaining in the month.
To cancel your membership, you must EMAIL swim@spmspools.com no later than the 27th of the month.
All Lap Swim Members must maintain a current credit card on file.
Lap Swimmers CANNOT enter the water prior to designated lap swim times.
Children under the age of 16 must pass a swim test to swim in the lap pool.
Adult members have priority over those under 16 years of age.
During busy times, couples and family members will be asked to share a lane.
Private Lessons and Lifeguard courses have priority over Lap Swimmers for available lanes.
Refunds will NOT be given for Lap Swim Memberships.
