PoolGuards, Inc. is responsible for staffing many of the condominium and homeowners association’s swimming pools in the Chicagoland area.

Our dedicated staff has over 40 years of combined experience. We have maintained, with full-service contracts of one price, numerous pools in the last 19 years.

A  sampling of the services we perform include:

  1. Coordinating opening and closing of the facility.

  2. Chemicals for the season.

  3. Computerized telephone time clock system for pool staff utilizing caller ID to log in. This system allows computer monitoring of our work force.

  4. Trained lifeguards in uniform to cover the hours the facility is open.

  5. Implementation of a comprehensive package of policies and procedures for the staff.

  6. Payroll, including all taxes and obligations.

  7. Liability insurance and workers compensation insurance for all lifeguards and pool managers.

  8. End of season reports highlighting repairs completed and recommendations for the next year.

  9. Trained in-house staff members in the office seven days a week in season.

  10. 24-hour a day availability of management, on call, during the season.
