At Home Practice Tips

Have your child walk around with their toes facing outward in a duck-like position. This will allow them to practice turning their feet out for Breast Stroke kicks.
To strengthen shoulders for Butterfly, have your child lay down on their tummy with their arms stretched forward over their head. Have them lift their arms upward a few inches off of the ground. Have them hold this position for 20-second intervals. This move will also help with their endurance.
