How do I sign up for lessons?
Parents need to fill out a new registration form for each session. Registration forms will be processed by priority level and in the order that they are received. Priority levels are determined by the amount of lessons that your child has taken in the past year. In order to find out what level you qualify for, please call or stop by the front desk. In order to obtain a form, you can download and print one from our website under the “registration forms” tab, or pick up one at the front desk. To submit your form, you can stop by our center to turn it into the front desk, submit it online, of fax it into us at 630-692-1528.
